great Monday, one listing appointment then picked up my Tux for Johns wedding and the joy of spending $500 to renew license plates on the rides.... good news is the drive by emissions tests worked!

sitting with a buyer at ideal home Loans. just watched them lock her on a 30 year fixed conventional mortgage at 4%!!! if your on the fence you should make a decision and buy a home.

Sometimes friends surprise you with kindness and love, sometimes they give you a hug when times are tuff.... Sometimes your friends might be far apart and you dont pay them enough attention but they are the people you trust most with everything you love. They will be the ones you appreciate when others are no where to be found. These friends are not always seen often but either way my friends are in this category. If you are my friend then you fall into this position and thank you for being there for me. If you need anything from me, just ask cause I will always help you. That goes for Family as well.
